Emanuele C. Torrente trained at the Luigi Cherubini Conservatory in Florence, completing his classical guitar studies with top marks in Alfonso Borghese’s class, linked to the Andrés Segovia school.
He continued advanced study at the Fiesole School of Music. From 2003 his chamber works began to be performed, followed by research joining counterpoint, classical tradition and contemporary languages.
He has developed activities and collaborations in Italy and abroad. Alongside composition and performance, he works in teaching, music theory, artistic direction and the organization of concerts and cultural events.
